About us

Marrow House is a small chicken cafe run by a team of five, most of whom started at the original charcoal drum before the shop existed.

Every bird is sourced from one supplier in the Southern Highlands, delivered twice a week, dry-brined the night before it's cooked.

The kitchen is open to the room, so anyone at the counter can watch the coals, the timing, the whole quiet choreography of getting one thing right.
